Executive summary
I co-founded JTeen Club, a non-profit for teens in 8th to 12th grade. It grew from 5 members to 150 and raised $46K for charity across 14+ community events.
Members were teenagers, so this page has no photos of them.

What I did

- Organized 14+ community events, with 50 to 75 attendees each.
- Led volunteering and self-discovery workshops.

Lessons
People stay when they are given real responsibility. The club grew from 5 to 150 because members ran parts of it themselves through the volunteer leadership program, not because I added more events.
